The hotel was beautiful and great, and the staff were attentive, liked the lovely location just off Lourdes' main attractions, the airport and the cathedral and a statue of are lady. We stayed in a tastefully decorated room with a beautiful view.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sainte Marie for a few nights and I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right by the St. Michel bridge and the basilica grounds. The staff, especially Christine, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite the initial moldy smell on the ground floor, the upper floors were clean and comfortable. The room had a beautiful view of the basilica and the decor had a charming, old-fashioned feel. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, with a variety of delicious spreads. a lovely place to stay.

I had a bit of an unusual experience during my stay at Hotel Sainte Marie. On my last night, there was a power outage in my room. The lights, heat, and electricity were all gone, leaving me in the dark. Since it was a family-run hotel, there was no one available at the front desk after 11pm, so I couldn't reach anyone for help. I ended up spending the night in the lobby, where I could at least charge my phone. However, the next morning Christine, the owner, came to my rescue and fixed the problem promptly. In compensation for the inconvenience, she even offered me breakfast. Despite this mishap, I must say that the hotel and its staff are lovely. I'll recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location near the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.

One small issue was the lack of a kettle in the room, which would have been nice for making a cup of tea before bed. the shower lacked a curtain, making it a bit difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry.

Stayed at a hotel with a terrace for the first time, so posh! Also, loved having a private parking spot, made me feel very important. And the bar, oh the bar, quenched my thirst to the fullest.
